Return Policy

We strive to keep our customers satisfied by offering quality products, professional service, and competitive pricing. Our return policy is consistent in maintaining the best value and highest service level for all of our customers. Unless merchandise is defective, returns will be subjected to a 25% minimum restocking fee. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive credit:

  • Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition, and in original packaging.
  • Return Material Authorization number (RMA) is always required. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Kennedy Radiology Customer Service at +1 (256) 259-4436, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. EST. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing list, invoice, or RMA number to the return. The RMA number will be valid for fifteen days from the date of issue
  • Refunds will be for merchandise value only. Returns/Cancellations cannot be accepted for made-to-order (custom / personalized) items unless there is a manufacturing error or defect.
  • Restocking fee will be waived off if a replacement is purchased and the product is returned in original condition
  • ï‚·There are no returns on discontinued items.
  • The credit line will be processed within 5 - 6 working days.
  • Credits exclude shipping and handling charges.
  • No call tag/pickup slips will be issued.
  • Kennedy Radiology will not accept any product returns with biohazard contamination.
  • Kennedy Radiology cannot guarantee credit if a return is unauthorized or does not have an RMA number. Items arriving in bags or shrink wrap cannot be ripped or torn or will be considered opened
  • Returns would be accepted to products in new condition and it is mandatory to take pictures of the product prior to returning and also pictures of the return packaging as evidence in case there is shipping related damages during transit. These pictures needs to be shared via email atsales@kennedyradiology.com

Damaged Goods/Short Shipments

Must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Be sure to note any damage or poor box conditions when signing for packages. If the shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Be sure to save product packaging. All shipping charges and risk of loss are F.O.B. shipping points and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Cancellation policy:

  • A written communication must be sent to Kennedy Radiology via email at sales@kennedyradiology.com and a confirmation email will be sent within 24 - 48 working hours of the cancellation
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • Made-to-order / Custom orders will be assessed a cancellation fee if production has commenced
